Halloween & Harvest Festival immerses fans in a small town fall festival atmosphere, highlighting fan favorite celebrities from The Vampire Diaries, The Originals and all of our most watched Fall Harvest movies. During the festival, fans will have the opportunity to meet and greet with celebs, get photos, autographs, selfies and even attend parties and brunch with all of your favorite on screen actors! Don’t miss our VIP Halloween costume party on Thursday night.

Tell me about autographs, selfies & photo ops at the event?

Selifes are taken with your own phone, photo ops are taken at a scheduled time by a professional photographer.  Autographs are celebrity signatures. All can be purchased in advance or on site.  Please note: opportunities may sell out, especially with specific guests in attendance. Therefore, it is suggested that you -pre-purchase any experiences that you want to make sure you do not miss out on! Once times are sold out, it is rare that we add more spots.

Do you need a VIP ticket to purchase selfies, photo ops and autographs?

Nope! The Build-Your-Own VIP Experience allows you to customize your own VIP ticket with “add on extra services” but these are things such as front of the line fast passes and reserved seating guaranteed at panels, this is not the autographs, selfies and photo op tickets. Everyone has access to purchase these. VIPs however, have early access to purchase these tickets and for some guests that do tend to sell out fast – being VIP has its perks!

Why are you combining Halloween/TVDU guests and Hallmark/Harvest guests into one event?

We noticed an opportunity to create a unique experience in an arena with fandoms where many of actors from these genres have crossed over between both TVDU and Hallmark within their careers. Not only that, many of the fans of both genres appreciate the work of the other and found it is something that unites not only families across multiple generations but also friends as they come together to binge watch seasonal shows and movies around the fall season as they sip lattes. We found the fall season to be the perfect time to create an unforgettable experience in an iconic film town that many called “home” during a season of their career – Olde Town Conyers, GA!

What are the hours of the event?

Thursday Oct 31st – VIP Halloween Costume Party and other events that evening: stay tuned for information

Friday Nov 1st – 2pm – 6pm with special events that evening TBD

Saturday Nov 2nd – 10am – 6pm with The Morgan White and other special events that evening TBD

Sunday Nov 3rd – 10am – 6pm with special events that evening  TBD

What Should I Wear?

Thursday’s Halloween party is your time to be fun and creative!  The sky is the limit!!

Halloween & Harvest really gets to embody what fall in unpredictable weather in Georgia gets to be to YOU! Are you a basic girlie in Fall?! Break out the boots and a hat! You do you!

Are these events your opportunity to wear your favorite TV show merch?! We love to see it!

Many love to dress up, after all, these photos will live forever on your social media! If you want to wear shorts, leggings, sweats, that’s your call. Some people may also choose to come in their cosplay finest, that’s awesome! Be happy, be you!

When can I pick up my tickets/badge/wristband?

We will announce registration times and other related information as we get closer to the event date.

ADA Registration and Escort?

Being ADA compliant and accessible to create a welcoming and comfortable experience for all is our top priority at Filmed In The South and RomaDrama! We offer customized registration and escort for anyone who needs assistance.  Please reach out to us via email at at your earliest convenience with details regarding your needs and our staff will reach out to you directly to coordinate.

Can I come and go from the event?

Yes, if you have a badge/wristband, you may come and go during event hours.

Can I upgrade my ticket from a single day to weekend or VIP?

YES! Email requests to upgrade tickets. They will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis until capacity is reached. Email in**@fi**************.com

If I can’t come, can I get a refund or sell my ticket?

Admission tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Guest specific tickets are only refunded if the guest is canceled. Those guest specific items will be refunded within 30 days upon announcement of guest cancelation.

Do you have special hotel rates available?

We currently have special rates still available at area hotels we are partnering with. Information for these hotels will be available at a later date. 

Will there be food and beverage available at the event?

Yes! Multiple restaurants will be open on site along with various food trucks and other options to meet diet preferences and restrictions.

Where do I park?

We will  have a dedicated off site parking lot with shuttles service running regularly throughout there event. ADA shuttle service will also be available as needed

Where can I buy Halloween & Harvest  merchandise?:

We will have select merchandise available for purchase before  and on site during the event. Stay tuned for more information!

Do you need volunteers?

When the time comes, we will announce what opportunities will be available to volunteer and assist at the event. Stay tuned to our social media pages for when that announcement comes!

When will more guests be announced?

We will be posting to our social media pages when more event guests are announced! We will also be sending emails to our email list so make sure you go HERE to subscribe to our email list so you do not miss out on the latest event and guest announcements!

Will my child need a ticket?

Everyone age 6 and older will need an admission ticket. Everyone, regardless of age will need a ticket for meet and greets.

How many can be in a selfie/photo op, per ticket?

Two attendees per photo op/selfie ticket, ages 6 and older. (Children 5 and younger are not included in this head count.). Please have someone who can be with children who are not participating in photo op.

How many can go up to get an autograph?

As this is a festival style event where it is an open area where the talent will be at their tables, Only (1) item per autograph ticket and only the person with the autograph ticket can go up for the autograph. (If you have children with you that are under the age of 6 they can go with you. If they are old enough to be a ticketed attendee they need to be with another ticketed attendee. And are welcome to stand to the side of the area of the autograph table.)

Does my photo op include a print or a digital copy?

All photo ops include (1) print. If you want an additional print or a digital copy, you will have the option to make those additional purchases.

Can I volunteer for the Halloween & Harvest Festival?
